had a rough few days but i think i’m back on the horse now, made some good progress on the textbooks and non-fiction book. also read the samples for two BL by the mangaka of 海が走るエンドロール (which i keep meaning to read more of) under a pen name. manga 1 follows a guy whose het relationship has fallen apart and he’s been aimless since until he has a meet-cute (ugly?) in a bar with a uni student. unclear how big the age gap is but less than ten years i’d guess. manga two is a supernatural(?) detective manga that’s more BL adjacent i think. the sample left off on a mean cliff-hanger tho. liked both!
