Thereโs something with my energy lately - either low, unfocused or restless - which makes it hard to start and keep reading. Interesting. Iโve heard lack of sun now in the winter half of the year can affect energy levels and increase the amount needed for sleep. And Iโm pretty sleepy now at 21:00 since an hour ago tbh, so I think itโs time for good night
