So not just table (卓子(テーブル)) but page too 頁(ページ). I’m sure there are more. (I remember seanblue didn’t like these, but I found them interesting.) Seems like 頁 is more common in the sense that it loses the furigana after the first time it shows up in a while. But table never drops the furigana from what I can see. In this book at least.
