More furigana words tickling my funny bone:

I don’t think I’ve seen 果実水 as a word before and it doesn’t have an entry in my yomichan setup either.
Story comments: Maomao’s foster father/grand uncle(? she didn’t elaborate) is visiting the palace. Medical expert, going to help pregnant lady deliver baby because it seems like a feet-first case, and that can apparently be dangerous to the mother. Also the villain from volume 1 or 2 showed up 
She’s definitely going to kidnap Maomao. I was hoping the talk between the main characters would take place first, but so far they’ve only agreed to have that talk happen soon-ish 
Come on now, I need to see development 
I’m definitely going to fall asleep while reading in bed, so I’m doing a power move of posting before that happens, nyohoho
