Radical 44 (corpse) is marked wrong by Wanikani.

WK has their own radicals and radical naming.
AFAIK (but I may be wrong), no official name is accepted, excepted of course when WK allign with the official naming.

IIRC wanikani calls it flag. Its しかばね but it doesn’t use that meaning, hence the wrong answer.

I don’t think there is a such thing as “official names” for radicals. 尸 is a kanji and word in and of itself (though I’ve only ever seen it in like one really rare yojijukugo) that means a corpse.

Dunno. Maybe like, corpse crown, corpse top-left or radical corpse.

Corpse is in my synonyms.

Ah ok, thank you. I know there are invented ones, but I thought the official radicals were also included. I still find it weird they call it “radicals” then, and not “component” or “building block”, but maybe that’s just me.
