What is a “Burned” item and why does it say “the turtles are safe for now” under “Burned items in the last 30 days”

A Burned item is one that has reached the final SRS level and thus has been taken out of your review queue. This means that you won’t see it anymore on WK unless you manually “unburn” it and add it back into your review queue (at Apprentice 1, I believe) from its item page. (The items are called “turtles,” and thus they’re “safe” since none have been Burned yet? At least for now, until you start getting your first Burns in about 6 months…)

“burned” means it has been burned into your memory and so you won’t get any more reviews for that. (In reality, burned items will eventually fade if you don’t use them)
The turtles (reviews) are safe for now because you have not yet burned any.
