Question regarding updated_after filter

I have a question regarding the updated_after filter…
When I send the updated_after filter to endpoints like:


It does work and it does not bring any news records, but when I do the same with user data it always brings records… is this the default behavior?

Presumably no subjects have been updated since earlier today, so that is expected.
The user endpoint I don’t think supports updated_after so it makes sense that it doesn’t restrict the data
