Prorated subscription not appearing

I’m thinking about getting Lifetime since I’m going to have to do a huge reset soon. I signed up for the yearly rate in September, but when I select the Lifetime plan and scroll down to the payment summary, I don’t appear to get any money back from the yearly plan like I’m supposed to. I have an account credit of about $16 from when I subscribed to yearly, but I know that’s not the prorated amount because again, I’ve only had yearly for about three of the twelve months it is supposed to apply to.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
