It lists an alternate on-yomi reading as れふ, which honestly doesn’t sound right in the slightest (Yes I checked IME and Jisho)
I can see a reference to れふ being related to its origin as a 形声文字 on kanjipedia, but it’s true that I don’t think it ever actually gets used that way in modern Japanese.

I wouldn’t call it an error. But it’s also not really within the scope of WaniKani to learn those kinds of readings.

れふ seems to be a historical reading based on this. Probably doesn’t belong on WaniKani in that case.
