This is why I often prefer to use the app on my phone, especially when I’m leveling up Kanji or Radicals.

Quite frustrating. I rarely use WK on a desktop for this reason. Why not try a mobile app such as Tsurukame or Smoldering Durtles?
I do most of my reviews on Tsurukame (great app!) but I type faster on a keyboard so switch back and forth sometimes. I just installed the “Double-check” script so hopefully won’t have this problem any more.
