This is because the Ultimate timeline was updated. If you want the snippet back just add it again and disable updates for the ultimate timeline script in the tamper monkey dashboard.
Better to just use stylus to make a custom stylesheet.
Fascinating. I’d argue that the snippet that hides the native timeline should be pushed into the mainline source for Ultimate Timeline. I’d think not too many people want or need both. Is the author of that script following this thread?

Script suffers from the same problem as many others - the new layout uses different naming for the progress section.
If you replace
.progression
with
.dashboard-progress
on lines
358,360,370,372,379,380,381,386,387,388,389
