In case anyone wants a Nana t-shirt to go with the book club, Uniqlo currently has an Ai Aizawa t-shirt collection, but it seems like a few models have sold out already (they had a Black Stones t-shirt, but it’s gone from the website) - is Nana still that popular? Or are all the nostalgic millenials buying tshirts from their teenage year fandoms? 😅 ---

I have had my eye on this for weeks!! My New Year’s Resolution was to not buy any clothes, but when I saw this was being released I decided I was going to allow myself ONE exception (well, two exceptions because I want both the Happy Berry and the Black Stones shirt lmao). They aren’t out in the US yet, but the fact that some of the designs are selling out in the European website makes me feel like I need to set an alarm or something when they go on sale here!! ---

I am seeing this on the Uniqlo website: “[Online + In Stores July 24th Mid-Morning ET](https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/spl/ut/ai-yazawa)” But what does mid-morning mean?! 😆 There is a Uniqlo in Boston and I wonder if they’ll get the shirts in person so I don’t have to fight online…is it crazy for me to call in advance and ask…my shamelessness will know no bounds by the end of this process lmao ---

Also the series on the left Paradise Kiss is also from Ai Yazawa and in the omake of volume 4, Hachi is reading it and making references to the characters, so if you’ve never read it it’s normal if you don’t get the references! ---

Is that normal for the French editions? The English ones always just look so cheap to me, which is another reason why I pushed though in Japanese to be able to read manga untranslated 😂 One of these days I also need to finish ParaKiss.. and rewatch the anime… ---
