改善 (かいぜん) - ‘the Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement’
From what I can tell the word just means ‘improvement’ some of the time, but it can also take this specific meaning as well.
There’s a long Wikipedia article about this, though it may be talking about the anglicised definition of the word more than the meaning in Japanese.
Natives are usually not aware of there being any implied special meaning, with regard to Japanese processes. Safest to assume they won’t recognize it as anything but a generic word meaning “improvement.”
真心 （まごころ）- sincerity, devotion

湯煎したチョコ (ゆせんしたちょこ) - chocolate that’s been melted (probably in a double-boiler)
捏ねる (こねる) - to knead (dough)
型抜きしたクッキーのチョコがけ (かたぬきしたクッキーのチョコがけ) - chocolate-covered cut-out cookies
