Hey, the first context sentence of 増える is:
"ここ2、3年、ビエトが一日に飲むお酒、かなり増えてるんだよね。
“Over the past few years, Viet’s daily amount of alcohol has been considerably increasing.”
I’m not 100% sure but the Japanese sentence seems a bit different to the English translation?
Which part are you unsure about? Looks fine to me too.

The tenses, maybe?
(Also, the main clause is broken up by a comma in the Japanese, but not in the English.)
ここ2、3年 - in the last 2 or 3 years (technically slightly different)
ビエトが - Viet (as the subject)
一日に飲む - drunk in one day
一日に飲むお酒 - alcohol drunk in one day = daily alcohol
かなり増えてる - increase significantly
んだ - explanatory のだ
よね - right?/emphasis/flavor
“Viet’s daily alcohol amount has significantly increased in the last 2 or 3 years, right?”
Seems fine
