List-writing in Japanese

Hi everyone!

Japanese usage question: If I were writing a to-do list in Japanese, let’s say for example…

  1. Buy eggs
  2. Go to library
  3. Wash dishes

What form would those verbs take? Imperative, dictionary, something else? My instinct says

1.卵を買って
2.図書館へ行って
3.お皿を洗って

Am I on the right track?

I had a feeling maybe you were overthinking it, but I asked my girlfriend just to be sure. She said she’d just write the verbs in their dictionary form, as is, if she was making a list like that.
