I wonder if オワタ is OK (normally, it’s 終わった), and I found this 人生ｵﾜﾀ＼(^o^)／.
Also, checked that 人生 entry. A new sentence was added.
人生ってすばらしい。 also gets lots of hits in DuckDuckGo. Not sure of the origin; but the exact phrase (no extra particles) must be quite popular.
