Is anyone else having issues with the kanji review? I am typing in じゆうfor the review for ten, but it is marking it as incorrect, even though this it what it is showing me in the review section.
Please help!

That’s because it’s じゅう (type jyuu into the IME) not じゆう (jiyuu).

Don’t worry about it. You’re early on. Mistakes are just part of learning. We all make them.

You can also type “juu” to get じゅう 
There’s also “ti” for ち and “tu” for つ, etc. If a character takes multiple (3) letters to type, there are likely multiple ways to type it. You can also type ふ as “hu,” although it seems faster to use “fu” since you can use both hands at once.

What you are typing is “jiyuu”(しゆう). The pronunciation is “jyuu” (じゅう). You will get used to the little yu/ya/yo. If you are typing in the computer, then there is a separate area for these near the right end of the bar, along with the itsu or little tsu.
Or if you are typing it, you can spell out jyu and it will show up as じゅう
