Could be due to the changes that happened a couple of weeks ago and maybe I didn’t get the memo on some changes. But this seemed like a bug so I thought i’d report it. On the left is the radical for cottage, on the right is a new kanji that uses said radical in it.
Wouldn’t I need to guru the cottage radical before the “pick up” kanji was available for learning?

Oh, my bad, those two radicals are so similar at a glance I thought it was the other!
This is from the content overhaul. Kanji that were already unlocked (meaning you had the previous parts at guru) were not re-locked. Otherwise it would have forced people who were halfway through a level to basically start over again. This is a side effect of that. (This is also what always happens when we change radical composition, overhaul specifics aside.)
If you’d like, you can email in and ask one of the devs re-lock the 舎 kanji, so you get it after you guru the 舎 radical instead.
