I am an english speaker and I am looking for language exchange partners (N5 level speaking fluency or Native Japanese speakers) to have language sessions on skype or other messengers.
Did you mean N1, perhaps? Not that the JLPT tests speaking, anyway, so that may not be an accurate prerequisite.
Still, you’re not likely to find many of either on a Japanese-learning website. We’re all students here. Except maybe Leebo.
