I came across Wolfgang Hadamitzky’s website (author of a number of kanji dictionaries / workbooks) and it has awesomely detailed kanji posters with all Joyo kanji including readings, meanings, radicals. (There’s 9 versions so you can pick the one that best suits your needs)
The posters are available in English, German, French and Italian.
