My current understanding is that I can use と to connect nouns (Noun A と Noun B). Based off what you’re saying then, do you use で when connecting nouns being used as adjectives (na-adjectives). Or does で also have the capability to be used in the same way as と?

Yes, when connecting nouns together, you can use と. It can even be used when offering a choice out of 2 options:
コーヒーとお茶、どちらがいいですか。
Clauses ending with na-adjectives are combined with the next clause via で. That way of combining would be roughly equivalent to the English “and”, because it suggests there is no relationship between clause A and B, other than them probably describing the same thing like you did with 人間.

センナというのは、どういうことですか。辞書で調べたのに、どんな映画かまだ分かりません。

最近、漢字をたくさん書いていたため、英語で書くと、文字が変に見えると思います。

「彼方」は二つの読み方があります。それは「あちら」と「かなた」です。

I tried reading the Wikipedia article about this movie a bit. The Japanese title is “Ayrton Senna - Beyond the Speed of Sound”. Sounds interesting.
The word 彼方 has two readings. These are あちら and かなた.

一日中に色々なことをしていました。山歩きしたり、弓術をしたりしました。大変に疲れていたので、今晩何もしたくなかったんです。しかし、洗顔してから、やはり、元気になりましたよ。そして、毎日、一日中に座っても、体力が強いんです。もしかし、朝の運動のおかげですか。 
The entire day I did a lot of things. I did some hiking and archery. I got very tired so I didn’t want to do anything today evening. However, after I washed my face, I got energetic! Also, despite me sitting all day every day, my stamina is great. Perhaps, it’s thanks to the morning exercises?

私の場合、一年中に座った後で毎日大学に自転車で通っていて大変に疲れています。 
朝の運動の代わりに寝ているのせいだかな。。。
In my case after sitting for the whole year cycling to the university every day is exhausting. Is it because I am sleeping instead of morning exercises?..
