The WK intervals line up nicely with a 3x per day schedule, e.g. 9am, 1pm, 9pm.

Yeah but if you want the fastest speed that’s going to be true whether you do three times a day or hourly.
The point is that you don’t need to check WK that frequently and you’ll still be able to go max speed.
I know it seems counterintuitive that checking more is less optimal, but working with the interval system is what allows you to get to that speed.
