Is there any way, either through a tool or the API, to look up at what level you reset from?

I got to level 20-something and then reset back to 17, and have been working my way back up again.

My goal right now is just to get back to where I was before.

Thing is, I can’t remember clearly what level that was!

I know it was below level 25, and higher than level 20.

Is there any way I can confirm what my highest obtained level was?

I just realized I can look for “You have leveled up” emails in my old emails and confirmed that the highest level I achieved as 23…

…so problem solved?

I would be interested to know if there’s a tool or API for this though.

I might be mistaken, but I think wkstats would show you this under Progress > Level Up once you give it an API token. At least when I’ve seen other people’s level-up charts from wkstats, resets seem to be marked on the diagram.

The resets are marked, but the timeline only shows as far as your current level. So it won’t show me my reset at level 23 since I’m still only level 21.

The resets being marked on wkstats is what made me think maybe there’s an API for it. I’d just need a way to look into the future.

Ahh my bad! I hadn’t realized at all (bizarre design choice…?)

Is the WaniKani API Reference - Resets API what you’re looking for?
