In RTK this is why they are called “Primitives”. The term “Radical” to mean “Any Component part of a Kanji” is a relatively new usage anyway. I suppose it would be less confusing if the difference between “Radical” and “部首” was explained.

Hi guys, thanks for all your inputs ,what I did to solve the problem was I got a copy of remember the kanji Heisenberg book and I have downloaded anki app and flashcards related to it.
At the end I realised that I don’t need to think like a complicated guy.
