English is my second language, so it’s kind of hard for me to switch my brain every time the meaning and the reading appear randomly. It would be nicer if I could answer all the reading first then the meaning later or vice versa.

The Reorder Ultimate II script can do this
Adding to what Kumirei said, in the Ultimate Reorder script, you need to set the left scale to reading or meaning. If you want an item’s reading and meaning to be back-to-back, also check 1x1 mode.
