Dunno if it’s quicker, but you can go to the symbols keyboard with ?123, and press (. Then the 「 appears in the suggestions.

I’m on SwiftKey but if I swipe for ( on the や key, I get predictions for 「『【 and so on.

For anyone on the iPhone default kana keyboard, this works for that too, FYI! Another shortcut I commonly use is to hunt for … in the predictions for 、or 。
Question was specifically about the flick keyboard. You’re using a full keyboard.
