I just reset my acccount, but am getting no lessons

All the radicals and kanji are locked, and I have no lessons or reviews… I just reset from level 4 to 1, after a long hiatus.

Try resetting again. That seems to have worked for others.

@viet This is the second time we’ve seen this recently, so there might be a bigger issue.

I’ve manually fixed your account. You should see the radicals in lessons now.

We’ll continue to look into the root cause of this.
