Would someone Help me with bookwalker?
Suddenly a Lot of the covers Look Like this:

What does this mean and how can I See the Cover?

中 here is in the sense of “during”, “while”, “in the course of”, like in 発売中 – “now on sale”.

So, 表示制限中 means that displaying the cover is currently restricted. Why is it restricted – I don’t know, I haven’t encountered such problem… Are you perhaps using a public WiFi, like, in a school or something? Maybe, some covers are considered too explicit to be shown?

are these books you own or want to buy? and are you on the app or the website? I’ve not come across that issue, but I wonder if that might provide some clues

Googling Bookwalker 表示制限中 gives this website - https://help.bookwalker.jp/faq/11260
It seems to say that bookwalker has started doing this only for “adult” works, so if that’s what the books which aren’t showing up are, then there’s your answer, and you can turn the option off in the settings.
If they’re not in that category, I’m not sure why they’re not showing up.
