Hey guys, how do I say in japanese “I wish you a wonderful year”?
I learned that wish is 望み or 希望 or 願い or 願望, there are a lot of options…
I don’t know how to say wonderful year… and don’t know the grammer for “I wish you”

In Japanese you can sometimes leave sentences unfinished, especially when wishing something.
This literally means wonderful year. Not sure if a Japanese native would ever say it, though.
edit: My teacher used this exact phrasing to wish us a wonderful evening, when we were separately going to the same concert. 素晴らしい夜を。
There are lots of set phrases for new year’s greetings, which will probably sound more natural.
あけましておめでとうございます
本年もどうぞよろしくお願いします
This one is quite a formal one, but maybe it works for you
新春のお慶びを申し上げます

Traditional New Years greeting is 開けましておめでとうございます、今年もよろしくお願いします
This isn’t a new year wish, but a birthday wish.

Ah, yeah, they snuck that in at the last moment.
In the case of a birthday, you could go with something like
今年１年も素晴らしい年となりますように

Generic new year greetings from my dictionary:
I wish you a happy New Year!≒Happy New Year!
新年おめでとう; よい年をお迎えください(!年始にも年末にも用いる; A Happy New Year !を単独で用いるのは(まれ)でHave a Happy New Yearなどと動を伴うのが普通)

I spent literally the last 5 mins trying to figure out what you meant then I checked the original message.
You can say pretty much the same thing for birthdays really, just swapping “あけまして” with “お誕生日”
“よろしくおねがいします” is a pretty good easy way to wish someone well.
It basically just amounts to "I hope you do well (and we continue our friendship from here on too).
Other than that, you would probably use ように instead of something like 希望 or 望み as these are “personal” wishes and hopes.
So something like
お誕生日おめでとうございます、これからもよろしくお願いします。
これからも元気でいるように願っています.
