Isn’t the one on sale for the holiday only the digital PDF though? I feel like that is why I never actually picked it up…o.o I may buy this soon (even without a sale, just for my own studies)
Also, random dumb question…I did pick up lifetime but the circle next to my name hasn’t changed. What gives? It still says 4 free…o.o

What are you supposed to do with the 4,500 sentences? Read and understand them? Use them in practice? Translate them?
I’m curious; just confused.
Edit – Ah, I see.
I’m vaguely interested, but I’m at about N2 level (may or may not have passed in December; pretty confident in passing in July if I didn’t), and already doing a lot of my own reading and amateur translating. Can anyone weigh in on whether that’s a level where something like this would still be useful?
I don’t want to turn down any convenient practice, which it seems like this might be, but also don’t want to wind up paying for something I’ve already covered most of.

That would add up pretty quickly. In Okinawa I’d go for Higa and Oshiro.

I imagine they are pretty good. What I meant is that I mightn’t get around to using them. And I try not to buy stuff unless I am sure I will use it. As reading practice, I also think that they might get boring quickly. I just read a NHK News Easy article about deer licking the train tracks for iron. Much more interesting.

I bought this when it was on sale but it seems very difficult at this point (I’m maybe just barely at N5 grammar level, and my vocab is mostly just WK. If anyone has used this successfully, at what level would you say it makes sense to start it?

I’m using it right now (also bought it when it was on sale) and I’d say it’s great for my level. There are a lot of sentences I can’t translate, mainly because of vocab I don’t know, but I think that’s expectable.
In terms of kanji it **thankfully** doesn’t have furigana and it doesn’t really look begginer friendly. Instead you are presented with sentences someone would say IRL regardless of how simple/complicated they are.
I’ve completed Bunpro’s N5 and N4 and I’m currently halfway through N3 and the grammar is understandable to me almost always.
Basically I’d recommend it for someone at arround level 30 and with at least N4 level.
I plan to write a post when I finish them all and I’ll get more in detail then 😉

I started these but I actually told myself I’d come back when I’m at level 50. There are a lot of random words in there with kanji I don’t recognise. It was still helpful at a lower level, but the more kanji you know the better I reckon.
