Frontend Updates breaking things?

Has there been a frontend update that changed screen breaking points in some way?
Since this morning my Dashboard looks like this:

Disclaimer: I have the whole page permanently on 150% zoom because everything is too small (I am not old or have any eyesight issues, it is just too small)

Right now its breaking everything

Edit: my main problem is that it’s breaking most of my addons, either their display is broken or don’t appear at all

Yep.

Don’t forget to check with all scripts and userstyles disabled, as they won’t fix anything that breaks those.
