I’m going to try to participate in an F&B readathon (any volume) next Sunday the 29th in celebration of F&B’s volume 25 release with a discord community. If there are any folks interested in participating as well, I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts about their reading on here as well, no matter what volume you’d be reading! Either in this main thread or one of the volume threads! I might be starting volume 19 myself (or continue on with it if I start it before)!

Happy Flesh&Blood 25 release day everyone! 
松岡先生 has posted another new short story in celebration on her Twitter; I’ll add it to our list of Twitter stories sometime this weekend.
Reminder that there’ll be an F&B any-book-readathon going on over at the 別次元の図書館 discord this Sunday! I’ll be reading volume 19, but I’ll be posting all my thoughts over here on the usual threads.

Lmao, I might’ve finally added one too many links in the top list of F&B threads when I added "Flesh&Blood" - Bonus Material for Vol. 19 🏴☠ ⛵. I’m going to give it a bit to see if it finally renders, but I have a bad feeling. Anyone know any tricks to getting an excessive amount of URLs to render in Discourse? Or are we thinking it’s time to finally give in and insert hyperlinks into text like a real human being?
I think I’m also going to start a thread for 王と夜啼鳥, just to make the situation a little more worse, as that’s the next F&B I’ll be reading.

A small heads up for anyone interested in reading/re-reading volume 1: an informal, likely unscheduled club is being planned over on Natively to start sometime January 2026. Please feel free to join if you’re interested!
Edit: And a new book of F&B short stories has been announced! Interestingly, it’s named after one of the bonus drama CDs (グローリア号航海記), so I’m quite curious what will be included. 遊戯 (link goes to my thoughts/quick summary of the story) will be, according to one of the publisher’s tweets (https://x.com/chara_tokuma/status/1963172636084887975). That’s a good one to include and make easily accessible imo.
(Also, I will need yet another kind person to post to reset my post count.

So yeah, an incredibly bizarre mix of sources. We have stories pulled from 松岡’s personal doujins (
), Chara’s (the publisher’s) yearly event distributions, and booklets distributed after showing proof of purchase of sets of the drama CDs. I have no idea how they decided to pull these specific stories; I’m hoping we see another two or three SS collections in the future to fill in the missing gaps. I do like seeing these eclectic sources, though.
I believe you’re safe to read all of these without fear of spoilers if you’ve read through volume 10 of the main series. Oddly, as far as I’ve seen no digital listing for the book has been posted; makes me wonder if there’s some kind of distribution lock with the drama CD stories or not.

I’ve mostly seen this kind of nui before from people posting the pictures they’ve taken of them in different places they go, it’d be really cool if someone took these ones all the way to Plymouth. I’m really happy to see the series getting more merch
