Ok I got super unwell, catching up now, finished this week today.

It doesn’t really make sense, but I think going inside the cyclone is very cool so I respect it. This game is weird and surreal in a way that I’m enjoying.
Mostly nothing TOO threatening to us anymore in the dungeons and their layouts were pretty normal for this game. Some enemies I need to learn the best way to damage – well more like if their defense level warrants using haste and berserk which makes Guy start doing like 3000+ damage. I’ve found some enemies are actually pretty vulnerable to ultima specifically, hitting well even at level 3, so I’m trying to keep using and levelling it up a bit. Flare is the one that’s too much of a drag to get from the early levels where it’s doing nothing compared to my normal spells right now.
The story stuff was pretty cool even if our new member became mad with power then instantly went “it’s ok I’m good now” as soon as he was reminded he isn’t the number 1 most powerful evil guy.
I am in love with this fight vs a comic book supervillain, 2 rusty carousel horses, and the Fantastic 4’s The Thing.
