(Fiction) storytelling podcasts

Hi! I’m searching for storytelling podcasts in japanese (like “welcome to nightvale” or “alice is not dead” are in english). I’m not really interested in talkshows and news but i still want to practice listening while i’m traveling. Could you help me with some suggestions, please?

I :purple_heart: WtNV.

I lovelovelove Wooden Overcoats. Thrilling Adventure Hour gave me some good laughs.

Apart from that I listen mostly to tabletop roleplay stuff. The Adventure Zone is a lot of fun to me. As is Cthulhu and Friends.

Sometimes a bit more crude, but I also chuckled at Hello From the Magic Tavern.

I’ll throw more at you if I think of any. ^^

Not completely what you’re asking for, but if you search YouTube thusly:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=小説+朗読
you’ll have quite a selection of audiobooks in Japanese. Of course you can be more precise with your search if you’re interested in hearing a certain book. You might get lucky.

Like for example: here’s The Little Prince in Japanese:

You’re most welcome. While I’m at it, I thought I’d pass a link for my favourite Japanese children’s story: Miyazaki’s The Acorns and Wildcat (どんぐりとヤマネコ).

You can read the English translation here:
