Hi, this happened to me as well this morning. Here’s what I got from console right before reloading.
Maybe corrupted data?
I think answerChecker script is a general script (?) one of userscript that use it Wanikani Double-check.
Tried to clear website data but it doesn’t work. I looked for the error log, and now it’s from KanjiDamage mnemonics for WaniKani. Disabling this userscript and now it’s working fine for the review. 
For lessons I tried to disable Katakana Madness and it works fine now. I installed Katakana Madness few days ago, I’m pretty sure there’s something there.

It happened for me yesterday but only once so I didn’t get any traces.
I still have kanjidamage and katakana madness enabled and it works for me fine.
