To search items for revision i need to download them - a message comes up that it will take around 3MB of data traffic and around 1 minute - it gets to just over halfway and never progresses. I have a solid wifi connection, and have tried with others. My grateful thanks for any advice on how to do this.

Are you using an app? The apps are not officially from WK and you have to contact the app developer for any support.
