Does the phrase "te ko" mean something or mean that girl?

I was watching an anime and the subtitles said “that yukino girl” but was listening to the speaker and they said “anno yukino- te ko” or something. Not sure if i got it right but is that the phrase used or can someone tell me the correct phrasing?

Probably あんのユキノって子.

って is, well, broadly a quotation particle.
子 = こ = child

So something like ‘that child called Yukino’, if you were going a super literal translation. Contextually, ‘that Yukino girl’ is fine.
