Do scripts change the review order algorithm?

i downloaded the wani kani open framework and double check scripts yesterday.

as far as i know, they are just supposed to enable me to change the markings on answers and that’s about that.

however since yesterday i feel like something in my review order algorithm has become strange.

for example, a lot more common to get meaning and right after definition for the same word, where as before it was less common and the meaning was spaced out from the definition a lot of the time.

just now i got the 9 kanji that i have in apprentice one after the other, where otherwise it would never happen like that, it would always give me a newer kanji, a couple of vocab/older kanji and then again a newer kanji.

i only have the open framework and double check.

any help would be appreciated, thanks.

My only suggestion is to check this in your WaniKani settings (profile picture → Settings/App). If it’s set to Apprentice First, those are guaranteed to appear before anything else, though Apprentice Vocab would still be in the mix.

My only other suggestion is to disable or uninstall the scripts and see if anything changes.
