Death Note - Grammar Question

In a scene from the manga Death Note, a character says
“なぜそんなに時計を気になさってるんですか”
this is translated as
“Why are you paying such close attention to your watch?”

I’m trying to figure out the last part, “気になさってるんですか”. I thought this might be the verb 気にする but it really doesn’t look like any form of する; besides it seems like です is the verb.

help me figure this out?

The full formal, literary version of it is 気になさっているのですか, with ている contracted to てる and の to ん because colloquial spoken language.

Starting from the verb 気にする you go through these transformations:

気にする
気になさる (keigo version)
気になさって
気になさっている
気になさってる
気になさってるの
気になさってるん
気になさってるんですか?

But it is! なさる is the keigo of する.

なさっているのですか got contracted to なさってるんですか
