Two related topics I’m looking for feedback on.
- I have more reviews than I want.
- I once read advice on here that from WK LVL 01-20 one should use “number of apprentice” as a threshold for doing new lessons. It said that after LVL 20 one should use a different approach. I don’t remember if they even said what that new approach should be. Does this make any sense to anyone?
Expanding on point 1…I have been lowering the amount of lessons I do, but my reviews keep climbing. So, is there a rule-of-thumb about how long it takes to see relief? Or what number of lessons to do per day to have a typical number of reviews given one’s current WK level? Any formulas? I feel like I’m course-correcting a barge with delayed response time and I don’t want to crash into a the banks of too- many/little reviews.
At this point, I’m not really suffering. I’m not sure what the optimal number of review for me is. I like a 24-day level cycle, but I think I’m ok giving that up for some relief in order to spend more time practice reading, and listening. WK is taking a large percentage of my available practice time time. I’m facing 90-150 reviews every day.
Am I right in assuming that a constant number of lessons per day will always mean an increasing number of reviews per day as you go through the levels? So if I want a mostly constant number of reviews, I have to slowly do less and less new lessons?
Thanks.
