I had a look on Amazon UK, and there seem to be two versions, one is a lot cheaper than the other…
I wonder if they are both the same and both are bilingual…

I have the top one which I should have posted instead but I couldn’t find it. Looks like the book dimensions are bigger for the lower one…might be easier for reading while cooking. The top one is paper back and doesn’t open hands-free.

I have a paperback Japanese cookbook that doesn’t want to stay open. I use one of those coathangers with clips. Like this:
