Can't submit answers in first batch of kanji lessons

EDIT: I realized it was switching between readings and meanings on the quiz…I thought it was just asking for readings. My bad.

Hi, I’ve cleared through the radicals with no problem. I’m using Google Chrome with no user scripts on Windows 11. I got to my first Kanji lessons and have been unable to submit my answers to get through the first lesson. I recorded the screen and linked it above on imgur.

I’ve tried:

  • Incognito
  • Making sure only one wanikani tab is open
  • clearing cookies + cache and refreshing
  • restarting my computer and retrying
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Once again, I’m not using user scripts.

Sometimes I can get it to accept one or two answers, but then it will just start not accepting them anymore and the shake thing keeps happening.

You know what…I just realized it was asking for the meaning and not the reading. Damn…I feel like that should be a bit more obvious somehow.
