Can't See Entire Drop-Down Menu

I’m on a Chromebook using Chrome web browser. In the image you can see that the bottom of the drop-down is getting cut off, and I can’t scroll to bring it into view at all. I know the community link is the first one being cut off, but I have no idea if there is anything else below it. Some way to scroll through that menu would be awesome.

Not sure if this should go in the feedback section or the bug section so feel free to move it if needed.

It might be good to make Settings a collapsible submenu or something. Right now it takes up a ton of space.
