I’m going to be finishing up level 3 soon but I can’t really afford to pay for a membership at this time. But I’d still want to use the review system. Is that possible?

All content below level 4 is free, so you can continue to review those items like you would any others until they are burned if you want. You just won’t get anything from level 4 and beyond.
