Can anyone tell me what Kanji this is [handwritten, PICTURE INCLUDED]

I’m translating some manga pages and can’t figure out what this handwritten kanji (first kanji in the handwritten phrase, followed by 骨) is. I’d be grateful if somebody knew what it’s supposed to be! Thank you.
