Hi!
I am at Level 9 and I had already learned „正“ „台“ and „反“ in previous levels. („反“ was still relatively new.) With the latest Update, they seem to have been reset.

That’s just how it works.
A kanji might be reused as a radical later so it can be used as a building block for other kanji. It’s considered a separate entity and is not affected by the kanji version’s status.
Personally I disagree with this design decision but it is what it is
