Yeah, that one. That’s not its name, though (it’s like “The Hero Appears!” or something).
People have commented he’s the windchime seller. It’s hard to tell, though, because he never takes his hat off on that scene.

Oh, really? I did read that chapter a while ago, so I’m a bit fuzzy 
I was getting the impression that every extra with defined characteristics had been seen before, so I might have been overzealous about it

I hasten to point out that I’m not quite as far behind as this though - I did start volume 3, but I’m re-reading these first in anticipation of finally adding the vocab to my deck.
