Apple Arcade Japanese games with English Apple One subscription?

I am thinking of signing up for Apple One for the music, storage, tv and games. But I was wondering if many or any of the games would work in Japanese for me only either from the UK App Store? Or if I would need to switch to Japanese App Store would be Apple Arcade still work under the UK Apple One subscription?

I apologise if this is not the correct forum but I want more reading immersion and love playing games but unsure if this would work.

I don’t know about apple, but on my Android, since I switched the system language to Japanese, I get all Japanese versions of apps, where available. Maybe that works on Apple too.

I don’t think I am ready for a full switch over yet, but I may try switching the language prior to downloading to see if this works.
