@jneapan: It’s on our development list, but we’re a small team, it’s a long list, and there are some more important things ahead of this one in the queue. We’ll update the documentation and notify the API mailing list when that happens, but it could be quite some time.

Sadly, I can’t think of a clear, publicly accessible, programmatic way to keep them at enlightened right now.

It seems like there would be some demand for this (Is it possible to disable burning items? - #4 by Pep95)
