I haven’t. Only used Minna no Nihongo. (Kind of commenting to push it back up the list).

懐かしい！！I was in the first year of Advanced Japanese in the Abroad in Komaba (AIKOM) program when it was established at the University of Tokyo in 1995. I don’t think the text book existed (or at least I don’t remember it 25 years later), but I do remember that I made incredible progress with my Japanese that year. I have just come back to learn Japanese after a complete 24 year break and passed the N2 with one year of studying, so I think it was a good course that they designed at Todai.
